1. No food or drink is allowed in the locker room.
2. No gum chewing is permitted during the Physical Education period.
3. Your assigned lock must be on your locker and it must be locked when you leave the locker room. Be sure to store all of your belongings in your own locker. Lockers must not be shared. Combinations will only be given to the assigned person.
4. If your lock is stolen or lost, you must pay $6.00 to replace it.
5. No hats are to be worn to any INDOOR PE class.
6. All jewelry including watches must be removed prior to the start of class. The only exception is a flat stud in the ear. No facial jewelry, body piercing, or necklaces of any material are allowed to be worn during PE class.
7. Students should NEVER leave the locker room on their own.
8. Side exits in the locker rooms can be used only as an emergency exit or with instructor permission.
9. Any student who reports to class after everyone is dressed and left the locker room will receive an excusable zero. Be sure to refer to the excusable zero policy.
10. All students must wear shirts that have sleeves. Bare midriffs, inappropriate necklines, spaghetti straps, and visible undergarments are prohibited. All clothing, headgear, and footwear with inappropriate or suggestive words, phrases, or illustrations displaying or promoting alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, illegal substances, prejudice, violence, sexual activity or innuendoes are prohibited.
11. No platform shoes or platform sneakers are allowed during Physical Education activity.
VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN DETENTION OR LOSS OF POINTS IN YOUR GRADE
