Special Education
Director of Special Education:

Richard Sharp has a Bachelors Degree from the University of New Hampshire, a Masters Degree from Antioch College and a CAGS from the University of Vermont. He has been the Director of Special Education at Pinkerton Academy since 2001.
Assistant Director of Special Education:

Lorin Caffelle has a Bachelor of Science degree from Nazareth College of Rochester majoring in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. She has her Master of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire majoring in Communication Disorders. She also has a Master of Education from Rivier College and is certified in School Administration with a focus on Special Education Administrator and School Principal. She has earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Special Education Coordinator:

Deb Sadowski is our Special Education Coordinator. She has worked at Pinkerton Academy for the past 26 years in both the Guidance and Special Education Departments. She has an M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from Springfield College and a CAGS in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria College. Deb is licensed by the National Board for Certified Counselors as a National Certified Counselor and a National Certified Guidance Counselor.
